f1-world uses several delivery methods. f1-world.com chooses the right method depending on the destination and value of the order. Please coontact us for an accurate shipping quote if required.

Transportation costs for all orders under 15kg to addresses loccated in the areas mentioned in the table are as follows:

DELIVERY
f1-world.com ships your order within 5 working days for EU locations and 5-10 days for non EU locations. This delivery time is subject to availability of the ordered items and the selected payment method.

The stock on items in our shop is updated daily and we try to keep this as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, it can happen that the stock status does not match the actual stock position. If this has a negative impact on your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I CANCEL OR RETURN (PART OF) AN ORDER
f1-world trades according to Euopean Law. As such the terms below have been set up to protect consumers as defined by the European Union law.

CANCELLATION
Cancelling an order is free of charge when the order hasn't been shipped to you. If, however, you cancel an order after we've sent it, but before arrival, then do not accept the parcel when it's being delivered. If we already recieved your payment, then we'll refund the amount within 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

RETURN (PART OF) AN ORDER/RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel and return (part of) an order without providing us with a reason for cancelling the order within 14 days after the goods have arrived at theeir destination. You have the right to try the items that were shipped to you, but you do not have the right to use the items during these 7 days (unless you want to keep them). Exceptions are items made specifically for you. The item(s) need to be returned undamaged, in it's original packaging and in an unused state. Please send the item(s) to the below mentioned RMA address.

f1-world will refund the full or partial amount, including transportation costs, depending on whether a complete order has been canceled (full amount) or a partial order has been canceled (shipping costs are not refunded), within 30 days after we've received the returned items and checked the state of the items. Shipping costs for the return of one or more items will not be refunded

All cancellations and returns need to be reported in writing to f1-world.com. You can use email or postal services to do this. Please state your full name and invoice number when reporting.

To get a refund, you will have to send us your bankaccount details (including IBAN and BIC/Swift number).
Please note: all written reports regarding cancellations and returns, need to take place from a (digital) address, as registered during the chackout process. If you have paid through a bank transfer, please also state the bank account number when reporting.

Please note! The risk of lost or damaged returned items is the customers'. This means that items that have been returned and arrive damaged or don't arrive at all at the f1-world.com RMA address, need to be paid for. The costs consist out of the sales price of the returned items. Please take this into account when returning items, and pick the right shipping method (insured, registered, etc.)!
